In the US, Freedom is $199 a month and Freedom Active $249 a month. Every programme, Connect included, starts with a one-off $199 Cellular Monitoring Activation Fee, which covers your Cellular BioBand, body composition scales and shipping, paid in advance with your first month.

What's the difference between Freedom and Connect?

Connect includes the complete, fully managed Freedom experience, and adds in-person access at our locations, a dedicated 1-to-1 Biomedical Fitness Trainer™ and hands-on programme reviews.

How much does Connect cost?

Connect pricing depends on the gym, its location and the facilities it offers, so it varies from club to club. Your advisor confirms the price for your chosen club. If you prefer to stay remote, Freedom is $199 a month and Freedom Active is $249 a month in the US. Every programme starts with a one-off $199 Cellular Monitoring Activation Fee, which covers your Cellular BioBand, body composition scales and shipping. The activation fee and your first month are paid in advance.

Do I have to attend in person?

You can train, test and review at one of our locations whenever it suits you, and you keep full remote access between visits — it's designed to be flexible around your life.

What does the 1-to-1 trainer do?

Your dedicated trainer implements and guides your programme in person, informed by your real data, and keeps you accountable session to session.

Is my health data private and secure?
