3.2 Service Availability & Variation

Where a change materially affects your programme, we will provide reasonable advance notice. Services may also vary based on your individual health assessment and clinical recommendations.
4.1 Device & Data Requirements
Continuous monitoring via BioBodyTrack™ requires you to wear or use assigned monitoring equipment as directed. You agree to:
- Use all monitoring devices in accordance with issued instructions and guidelines;
- Keep devices charged, maintained, and worn as directed for accurate data capture;
- Report device faults, damage, or data gaps to your specialist team promptly;
- Not tamper with, modify, or share devices with third parties;
- Return all devices upon membership termination in the condition issued, reasonable wear excepted.
4.2 Data Accuracy & Limitations
Monitoring accuracy may be affected by device wear, skin contact, movement, environmental conditions, and individual physiological variation. No monitoring system provides 100% accuracy at all times. Your specialist team interprets data trends in clinical context — individual readings should not be acted upon in isolation.
4.3 Monitoring Data Ownership
Biological and biometric data generated through BioBodyTrack™ is your personal health data, processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection laws. Aggregated, anonymised data may be used for programme improvement and scientific research purposes. Full details are set out in Section 10 (Data & Privacy).
5.1 Nature of Medical Oversight
Every BioHealthcare Club™ programme is governed by a Biomedical Doctor™ — a clinically trained physician who oversees programme design, biological data interpretation, and member safety. This oversight is focused on performance, optimisation, and prevention within the scope of your programme. It does not constitute the provision of primary medical care, specialist clinical diagnosis, or ongoing treatment of any medical condition.
5.2 Your Medical Disclosure Obligations
You agree to proactively and honestly disclose to your specialist team, prior to and throughout your membership:
- All pre-existing medical conditions, whether diagnosed, suspected, or under investigation;
- All current and recent medications, supplements, hormonal therapies, and prescribed treatments;
- Any changes to your health, new symptoms, or new diagnoses arising during membership;
- Any recent surgical procedures, hospital admissions, or significant medical events;
- Pregnancy, planned pregnancy, or recent childbirth;
- Any known genetic conditions or family medical history relevant to the services provided.
Failure to disclose material health information may result in programme suspension and releases BioHealthcare Club™ from any liability arising from undisclosed conditions.
5.3 Member Health Responsibilities
- You are responsible for following your programme as designed by your specialist team;
- You must inform your team immediately if you experience any adverse symptoms, injury, or health concern during or after any session or programme activity;
- You must not self-adjust prescribed elements of your programme without specialist agreement;
- You must continue to attend your own GP and all existing healthcare appointments as appropriate;
- You must not act on programme data or guidance in a way that conflicts with advice from your treating physician without discussing this with your BioHealthcare Club™ Biomedical Doctor™ first.
5.4 Limitation of Medical Scope
BioHealthcare Club™ does not provide emergency medical services, A&E cover, diagnosis of acute illness, or treatment of clinical conditions. In any medical emergency, you must immediately contact emergency services (999 / 112 / 911 as applicable to your location) and your existing healthcare providers.
6.1 Pricing Philosophy
BioHealthcare Club™ memberships are individually priced based on your specific biological profile, programme design, monitoring requirements, and specialist team allocation. We do not operate fixed-price tiers because no two members' biology — or needs — are identical. Your membership price is confirmed in writing upon acceptance.
6.2 Payment Terms
- All fees are payable in the currency confirmed in your membership agreement: GBP (UK), USD (USA), EUR (EU / Ireland), or AED (UAE).
- Membership fees are due as specified in your agreement (monthly, quarterly, or annually as confirmed).
- Payment is processed via approved payment methods including major credit and debit cards and approved digital payment platforms.
- Currency conversion fees, where applicable, are solely your responsibility.
- All prices are inclusive of applicable local taxes (VAT, GST, sales tax) where required by law.
- Prices are subject to annual review; changes are communicated no less than 30 days prior to taking effect for existing members.
- Missed or failed payments may result in programme suspension until resolved.
6.3 Additional Charges
Additional services, tests, or programme elements requested outside your agreed membership scope are billed separately and require prior written agreement. No additional charge will be incurred without your explicit consent.
7.1 Cooling-Off Period
Where you are a consumer based in the UK or European Union, you have a statutory right to cancel your membership agreement within 14 days of the date of confirmation ("Cooling-Off Period"), without providing a reason. To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing to legal@biohealthcareclub.com before the expiry of the 14-day period.
7.2 Cancellation After Cooling-Off
Following the Cooling-Off Period, cancellation is subject to the notice period specified in your individual membership agreement (typically 30, 60, or 90 days depending on your tier). Cancellation during a fixed-term membership may result in an early termination charge as set out in your agreement.
7.3 Refunds
- Fees paid for services already delivered are non-refundable save in the event of our material breach or as required by applicable consumer law.
- Refunds for prepaid periods not yet commenced are issued at our discretion, less reasonable administrative and service-setup costs already incurred.
- Refunds are processed to the original payment method within 14 business days of the agreed refund date.
7.4 Suspension for Medical Reasons
Where you are temporarily unable to participate in your programme for documented medical reasons, we will work with you to agree a fair and reasonable programme pause or adjustment. Please contact your specialist team as early as possible.
7.5 Termination by BioHealthcare Club™
We reserve the right to terminate your membership with immediate effect in the event of: material breach of these Terms; conduct detrimental to other members or staff; provision of materially false information; or where continued membership presents a clinical safety risk. In such circumstances, refund entitlement is assessed on a case-by-case basis in line with applicable law.
8.1 General Standards
